Though I highly recommend learning via video :), sometimes a book is a nice resource to have. I especially like this one:

Oo. This is another back vowel. It's the most closed. Oo. To make this, my tongue comes up just a little bit in the back, it kind of fattens up. Oo. So, the tip of my tongue is not at the front of my teeth. And the lips, of course, come in. Oo. Side shot: oo. Ah, uh, oh, oo. Sample words: new, shoe, Timbuktu. Sample sentence: Who flew through the blue sky?

Check out this site ...
... I think it is a GREAT resource for studying pronunciation. You can slow down videos without the pitch changing, you can loop sections, you can look up words. It's an amazing resource, and I've enjoyed playing around with it.
