The ai diphthong. This combines the ah as in father and the ih as in sit. Aahh-iihh. In the ah vowel, the tongue is very relaxed, so the front is just kind of sitting there. Ah. However for the ih, it moves up a little on the back of the teeth. Aahh-iihh. So I would say the emphsis goes from the back of the tongue to the front. Ai, ai. Sample words: fight, chai, bye. Sample sentence: Her style is bright.
