The mm sound. To make this sound, clearly, the mouth is closed, mm, mm. Everything else is very relaxed. The sound is not an uuuh-uumm, that's a little bit low and heavy. You want to try more to think of the sound being produced here. Mm, mm. Sample words: map, amend, man. Sample sentence: My Mom makes magnificent muffins.

... I think it is a GREAT resource for studying pronunciation. You can slow down videos without the pitch changing, you can loop sections, you can look up words. It's an amazing resource, and I've enjoyed playing around with it.
