The 'p' and 'b' Sounds

How to make this sound:

Video Text:

The pp and bb sounds are paired together because p is the unvoiced version of b, where you actually make sound with the vocal cords.  How to make this sound:  Your lips come together, but they don't press.  If your lips disappear like that, it's not quite correct.  Pp.  Even as the lips come together, the teeth are acutally not tight together.  They are a little bit open in the front.  If they were not open, it would just look like this, like I wasn't going to say anything.  But they are just a little open in the front, even though the lips are closed.  Pp, bb.  Sample word pairs:  peer, beer ... pit, bit ... pat, bat ... pot, bought.
